We offer returns on all online sales within 14 days of receiving your order. These can be made in store or by post to mishnóc, Unit 3, Cathedral Buildings, Abbeygate Street Lower, Galway City, Co. Galway, Ireland, H91 XW92. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal you can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your account: Returns & Cancellations or simply contact Mark by phone at +353 (0) 91 563859 or by email at mark@mishnoc.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for refunds to show on your account.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
