A5 Leather Notebook – BLACK with RED THREAD

This refillable leather journal cover is manufactured by us at our studio on the west coast of Ireland. The product is handcrafted from premium vegetable tanned leather.

We use some of the last remaining tanneries still using this traditional and in our opinion best method of tanning in Tuscany, Italy. Each notebook comes with a certificate from this co-op of tanneries. It has an individual serial number allowing the co-op to identify the maker of the product and the tannery from which the leather was supplied.

Vegetable tanned leather will have variation in colour tones and show natural markings or blemishes from hide to hide. This is in no way a defect but a testament to the natural properties inherent in this wonderful natural material.

Wrapped and presented in our cotton dust bag. Perfect for gifting.
